I used to joke to Jeff that we never really had a first date since our friendship evolved into a relationship. Who was more nervous and what did you guys do? Many years of being unofficial we finally decided to put a label on our friendship that had evolved into much more than that. I even told my friend Jessica I would marry Jeff without any hesitation before we were even official. After many years of both of us being in and out of relationships, we found ourselves hanging out a lot more and getting to know each other. Located across the street from Disneyland, The FIFTH Rooftop Restaurant & Bar sits atop the Grand Legacy At The Park Hotel and offers beautiful views of this part of Orange County. The original location that Rachel and Jeff chose was the Tustin Ranch Golf Club, but due to restrictions from Covid-19, they had to go with another option.
